Accounts Payable Officer- Funds
Our Client, is a global leader in delivering innovative investment management, fund administration, fiduciary and banking solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the processing of fund expenses and Management fees across a large number of funds
- Liaising with clients to arrange authorisation of fund invoices
- Processing payment of authorised invoices on a timely basis
- Arranging foreign exchange deals where necessary
- Liaising with suppliers on invoice queries
- Liaising with the Fund Accounting department on payment queries
- Preparing VAT returns for Irish registered funds
- Processing VAT payments and refunds
- Calculation of month end fees
- Payment of monthly and quarterly management fees
- Filing of invoices on a regular basis
Requirements:
Knowledge/Skills
- Qualified accounting technician with strong experience in an office environment
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively to ensure critical deadlines are met
- Numerate with attention to detail
- Strong Excel and Word skills
