A Fantastic and rare opportunity has arisen for a high calibre Deputy Manager to join one of the most fantastic urban fashion destination retailers on the high street today. They are well-known for selling iconic Women's branded fashion and footwear that are recognized for their cutting edge style.
We are looking for a Deputy Manager for their Castlebar Store. An AMAZING opportunity to be part of a success story - you will be responsible for all aspects of running the store, including maximising sales and profitability through the effective management of your team, whilst maintaining effective running of the store.
Essentially, this role would suit someone who is looking for an opportunity to develop a new team in a store within a high-profile fashion store, someone who thrives on pace and delivering beyond the company expectation.
The ideal candidate will have managed €1 million turnover, be highly motivated, have good communication and leadership qualities, commercial and operational skills and be customer service-focused in this fast moving retailer. You must be a hands-on manager with a proven track record in fashion retail management with experience of managing and driving KPIs

Candidates MUST have relevant recent Management experience in fashion.
