IT Engineer Job, Belfast
In partnership with its client, Cpl N.I. Ltd., is currently seeking experienced IT Engineer for a permanent role based on client sites throughout Northern Ireland
The Client
The client is a market leader in their field and are currently recruiting for a IT Engineer to support their customers in Northern Ireland.
Job Role:
The IT Engineer will work closely with a variety of key customers based across Northern Ireland. The IT Engineer will be responsible for resolving any PC/Printer/Network issues that may arise and will be required to complete up to 8 calls per day. This role may suit a recent graduate who has experience of repairing PC's along with xposure to network issues and installing updates etc.
The IT Engineer will be involved in the following activities:
• Provision hardware and software support across multi-sites.
• Assist in the repair and ongoing maintenance of hardware and software systems
• Perform Hardware / Software installations
• Ensure least possible interruption to IT supply by network management activities and troubleshooting IT related problems in a timely manner.
• Provide formal and informal software training as required.
Experience and skill set requirements:
• At least 1 years recent experience in an IT support role where you have had responsibility for repairing PC's/ dealing with printer issues/networking etc
• Demonstrated troubleshooting skills
• Available for on call cover
• Full clean Driving License
