In partnership with its client, CPL is currently seeking an experienced Branch Manager who has come from a luxurious fashion background for a permanent role based in Limerick.
The Client:
Our client is a UK owned company, operating within numerous departments across Ireland. The stores stock some of the most glamorous and elegant pieces of ladies wear fashions and accessories. They are now looking for a Branch Manager to join and drive their successful operations in Limerick.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maximise sales & profit performance and achieve company KPI’s through demonstrating strong commercial acumen.
- Inspire, lead and motivate staff through the support and development of assistant manager.
- A proven track record of managing people.
- Ensure your team delivers exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills through implementation of systems & processes to utilise resources to best effect.
- Deliver exemplary standards in store presentation, stock control & administration compliance.
- Recruitment and development of staff.
Job Requirements:
You will need to have a minimum of 3-4 years retail management experience and will have had the responsibility of running teams of people as leadership is one of the most important qualities you will possess. It’s not essential that you’ve run your own store before, but you’ll need to prove to us that you have the business awareness, communication and motivation skills and development potential to get to grips with the role quickly.
