Job description: Nordic Customer Service Representatives Required for Dublin 3 - Contact Claire on 016146093Role:-Helping customers work systematically through technical problems and help customers understand the features and benefits of new products that best meet their needs. -Taking ownership of ongoing customer issues from start to successful completion with an emphasis on excellent customer satisfaction-Ability to resolve billing and payment queries-Resolve complex issues and determine customer needs-Work as part of a team to provide a high level of customer service
Required Skills and Experience:-Fluent English plus one of the languages above-1 year customer service experience in a call centre-Excellent written and verbal communication skills-Effective team player with the ability to work independently also
What's on Offer:This is a 12 month contract with a start date of 27th FebruarySalary: 22,500 per year plus a 3,000 bonus
