Key Responsibilities:
Review processes and practices daily with the view to developing a continuous improvement ethos with regards to productivities and quality of service.
Manage performance in terms of productivity, efficiency and quality of service.
Ensure equipment and warehouse technology are functioning properly.
Ensure documentation and processes are completed and controlled in line with corporate and regulatory requirements.
Ensure that order and customers requiring special attention are handled in the appropriate manner.
Ensure that stock discrepancies are reported and actioned immediately.
Ensure stock is received, stored and assembled chronologically.
Ensure that controlled areas within the warehouse e.g. quarantine and refrigerated, are observed at all times.
Ensure that all returns are processed chronologically in line with the defined procedures.
Skills/requirements:
**At least 3 years experience in a warehouse supervisory role, with Pharmaceutical industry exp**
A 3rd level qualification in Supply Chain (or a related area) would be advantageous.
The successful applicant will possess excellent problem-solving, communications and people management skills
The Package:
Salary: €30,000 per annum (depending on experience).
Bonus: 10% performance related.
Conditions Subject to:
Completing a medical.

21 days holidays.
Contributory pension after 6 months service.
