Job description:

I am looking for bilingual Turkish / German Technical Support agents for a Call Centre based in Shannon, Western Ireland.Requirements:
- fluent Turkish and German
- Good English
- Good IT skills (MS Office, Windows OS, Hardware, Networking, Internet...)
- Customer Service/Technical Support/call centre experience
- excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- ability to work in a multilingual team
