In partnership with its client, Cpl Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced Supervising Pharmacist for a permanent role based in Doneagal
The Client:
Our client is an independent community Pharmacy with an excellent reputation in the local community. This position will be based in their newly opening sister Pharmacy and the aim will be to grow the business. There will be team of experienced and friendly support staff in this Pharmacy.
Job Responsibilities
· As the successful Supervising Pharmacist you will be responsible for the day to day running of the dispensary.
· You will work to high standards and provide leadership to a team of support staff.
· You will provide excellent levels of customer care at all times.
· You will endeavour to make this the Pharmacy of choice in the local community and encourage your team to consistently strive to achieve this.
Job Requirements
· You will be a Pharmacist registered with the PSI and will also have 3 years post-registration experience.
· You will have strong customer focus and an outgoing personality.
· You will have the ability to lead, motivate and delegate to your team.
