Job description:
We are currently recruiting a fluent German speaker to provide administration support within an operations environment with a large multinational company in Dublin 18. This is a 3 month contract.
Role:-Order Management: Submit orders to relevant processing teams,verify details are accurate-Reporting and Analysis: Defining and assisting with deploying some business reports, particularly for Service Level Agreements-Create and maintain process documentation and materials for training on the end to end contract assembly to order point-General administration tasks for the Operations team
Requirements:-Fluent German and English-Minimum of 1 year administration experience-Strong experience in reporting, experience with Sharepoint is a distinct advantage-General knowledge of international business
