An experienced scientific / medical sales rep is required for a leading supplier of diagnostic reagents and equipment to public and private sector health services in Ireland.
This role will cover a territory from Belfast to Dublin and will require the successful candidate to live in this area.
The product disciplines include:
· Bacteriology
· Biochemistry
· Haematology
· Histology
· Immunology
· Instrumentation
· Parasitology/Mycology
· Virology
Within this position you will be responsible for:
· Achieving the territory sales targets through the implementation of company policy for pricing and quotations
· Generating the appropriate level of sales activity through combined sales, marketing and business development activities.
Ideally, you will be an experienced medical / scientific sales rep or Territory Manage and have previous experience in hospital sales or with a similar company.
A healthcare or life science qualification is essential for this position as it will involve consultation with senior laboratory and clinical staff.
A qualification in biomedical science would be most relevant.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales rep to gain further expertise and further develop their sales and clinical skill-set.
