Production Manager
Leading provider of Bespoke Joinery is currently looking for a Production Manager to help deal with increased business requirements and to help Position Company for future growth.
This hugely successful Irish company is looking for an individual who has the experience and skills set to be able to deal with the following responsibilities
· Be a strong people manager having previous experience motivating growing workforces
· Understand drawings from design and have the ability and experience to be able to translate these to production and delivery to customers
· Understand a bespoke production operation
· Have experience working with CNC machinery from an manufacturing and production perspective.
· Have strong exposure to Quality Management and putting processes and procedures in place to ensure quality standards are kept to current high standards
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role ideally in a Joinery/Timber based product environment.
