Job description: Technical Manager for Ventialtion Systems Job in Belfast, Northern Ireland

In partnership with its client CPL is currently seeking an experienced Technical Manager for Ventilation Systems for a permanent job in Belfast, Northern Ireland

The Client:
The company provide provides passive and mechanical ventilation solutions for the construction industry in UK and Ireland.

Job Role:
•    Provide technical support to Sales Managers
•    Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate solutions.
•    Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
•    Organising and presenting technical reviews to people of all levels
•    Keeps up to date on relevant regulations for domestic ventilation
•    Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve products and services provided
•    Analyse competitor strategy and products
•    Provides technical direction for development & design
•    Is the team leader in the creation and execution of research and development plans, revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
•    Oversees the direction of product development
•    Organises and co-ordinates accreditation testing

Experience and skill set required:
•    Min of 5 years management experience in a technical role within the ventilation and/or construction industry
•    Significant and demonstrable experience in the field of domestic ventilation including installation
•    Experience dealing with the outsourced technical expertise, including research and its implementation
•    Excellent presentational skills and the confidence to represent the company at meetings with customers and at conferences and seminars
