One of the worlds leading online organisations are currently expanding there team and have a number of contracts within there Operations department and are looking for an experienced Analytics Manager / Senior Analyst.

Responsibilities:

· Perform large scale data analysis and modeling to identify trends and efficiency opportunities

· Plan, design and track pilot initiatives and impacts

· Drive efficiencies into the business tracking and monitoring progress

· Analyze work pipeline and workflow. Implement scheduling to optimize throughput and efficiency across multiple languages

· Increase effectiveness of staff and tools by recognizing opportunities for development and proactively creating new systems and structures. Work with operations and engineering to develop and define new or improved tools

· Track key performance metrics across the team

· Develop comprehensive performance analysis of EMEA operation putting in place data models and analytics that provide platform for strategic decision making

· Cross office and multiple stakeholder collaboration while managing multiple high intensity projects and initiatives

· Take a lead role in global processes for budget and forecast management, including coordinating project prioritization, regional headcount and performing budget vs. actual analysis

Qualifications & Requirements:

· BS/BA degree or equivalent, with at least 5 years of relevant experience working in highly analytical environments. Advanced degree a plus.

· Logical thinker, with strong problem solving skills and ability to make trade-offs

· Analytical mind that is capable of structured analysis of data together with ability to synthesize data into actionable insights

· Superior data modeling and Excel skills

· Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally and cross-geography with all levels of management and have exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to drive and implement change based on analytical insights

· Operations management aptitude with experience in operations, manufacturing or similar

· Project Management experience - ability to define projects and execute within timelines and with multiple stakeholders.

· Understanding and passion for online Geo products / services such as maps, driving directions, local business listings and an understanding of online consumer products

· Team player with exceptional interpersonal and solution oriented attitude

· Self starter with ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast paced, constantly evolving team environment
