I am currently recruiting candidates speaking Dutch for HP in Dublin (Leixlip). This is a Technical Support role level 1 and this is a great opportunity to get career progression.

Description:

• Answer contacts promptly and professionally
• Log/Validate all contacts Call Handling Database
• Resolve a high percentage of customer problems using the relevant tools and systems
• Manage end to end all calls logged, providing regular updates to customers on call status
• Complete follow-on actions as appropriate
• Invoke Escalation Procedures within defined time frames
• Adhere to Policies & Procedures
• Work to achieve individual and team goals

Requirements:

- fluent Dutch and fluent English

- Interest in IT and computers

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a busy environment and to cope with a bit of pressure
