STORE MANAGER – SLIGO - €45,000 - €50,000 DOE
In partnership with its client CPL is currently seeking an experienced Store Manager for a permanent role based in Sligo.
The Client:
Our client is Ireland’s largest specialist chain of computer superstores. They offer more than 5,000 product lines including extensive ranges of PCs, laptops, printers, software, peripherals and accessories from the major brands, as well as many exclusive products. In-store PC Clinics offer on the spot advice and service.
Responsibilities include:
- Maximise sales & profit performance and achieve company KPI’s through demonstrating strong commercial acumen.
- Inspire, lead and motivate staff through the support and development of assistant manager.
- A proven track record of managing people.
- Ensure your team delivers exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills through implementation of systems & processes to utilise resources to best effect.
- Deliver exemplary standards in store presentation, stock control & administration compliance.
- Recruitment and development of staff.
Ideally opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager or current Branch Manager.
The successful candidate must demonstrate motivation, enthusiasm, resilience and drive for achievement, coupled with planning and organisation skills. They should inspire confidence through your effective leadership skills and your ability to influence.
