In partnership with its client CPL is currently seeking an experienced Sports Assistant Manager for a permanent role based in Castlebar.
The Client:
Our client is a 100% Irish owned company, operating 69 sports outlets spread across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, with further expansion plans for the future.
Job Responsibilities
- Maximise sales & profit performance and achieve company KPI’s through demonstrating strong commercial acumen.
- Inspire, lead and motivate staff through the support and development of assistant manager.
- A proven track record of managing people.
- Ensure your team delivers exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills through implementation of systems & processes to utilise resources to best effect.
- Deliver exemplary standards in store presentation, stock control & administration compliance.
- Recruitment and development of staff.
