Job Responsibilities for Store Manager in Craigavon:
- Maximising profits, beating sales targets and managing budgets
- Managing People & Training – Inspire and motivate to ensure your team consistently deliver high standards and a first class customer service experience
- Customer services, the ability to deliver high standards and build long term relationships
- Effective communication to ensure business objectives and standards are shared amongst all stakeholders
- Merchandising and ensuring store standards are always delivered with passion
- Working in partnership and supporting area teams and head office departments
- Working hours will be 39 hours in 5 days
Job Requirements for Store Manager in Craigavon:
The successful candidates should be currently working as Concession Manager or have Retail Management experience in a high volume customer orientated environment.
You will be expected to deliver excellent customer care in your role and in your principle expectations of others.
You will be expected to take pride in everything you do, be self-motivated to deliver results with energy and passion complemented by your sense of humour. You always focus on getting it right. Your energy, drive, creative and commercial flair with enable you to take our brands from strength to strength.
