SUPERSTORE RETAIL MANAGER - Kilkenny - €45K plus bonus
In partnership with its client CPL is currently seeking an experienced Superstore Retail Manager for a permanent role based in the Kilkenny area.
The Client:
Our client is a unique retailer recognised for choice, value and convenience. It sells general merchandise and products for the home in the Republic of Ireland.
Responsibilities include:
- Maximise sales & profit performance and achieve company KPI's through demonstrating strong commercial acumen.
- Inspire, lead and motivate staff through the support and development of assistant manager.
- A proven track record of managing people.
- Ensure your team delivers exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills through implementation of systems & processes to utilise resources to best effect.
- Deliver exemplary standards in store presentation, stock control & administration compliance.
- Recruitment and development of staff.
Ideally opportunity for an experienced Senior Assistant Manager or current Store Manager.
The successful candidate must demonstrate motivation, enthusiasm, resilience and drive for achievement, coupled with planning and organisation skills. They should inspire confidence through your effective leadership skills and your ability to influence.
