Regional Manager - Cosmetics Brand - €45k - €50k
Our Client, one of the world's most renowned and respected Skincare Specialist Brands, are currently seeking an experienced Regional Manager to join their expanding company in Ireland.
About the Company:
The Company are well known and loved worldwide. They are one of leading brands in Skincare, and have a dedicated celebrity fan base. With a wide range of Skincare, Fragrances, Make Up and Luxury bathroom products, they cater for both Men and Women. They have numerous doors throughout Ireland, and with plans for development and expansion, this role is a rare and exciting position for an experienced Cosmetics Regional Manager.
The main responsibilities of this role are:
- To support the strategic development and management of the retail stores
- Responsibility for the achievement of the Company retail stores financial and operational objectives.
- To work across channels, to ensure that retail achieves its budgets and maximizes profits.
- To report to Retail Director on a regular basis
- To drive Sales Targets and ensure KPI's are being met across all store
- To monitor Staff appraisals and motivate staff activity
- To look after Payroll, Recruitment and Staff training
The following attributes are a MUST for all applicants:
- At least 3 years experience in a Luxury Cosmetics environment at Regional Level
- The ability to build Financial reports and present to Retail Director
- Excellent Communication and Managerial skills
- PC literate - Word, Excel, Outlook
- Proven record of team management and development
- Ability to achieve targets and set objectives at store level
- Proven ability to manage across channels to meet the expectation of the business
