Cpl is currently recruiting for Retail Merchandisers to work with major retailers in the grocery, fashion, DIY, Health & Beauty sectors throughout Northern Ireland.
Job Responsibilities for Merchandisers
Successful merchandisers will be required to implement planograms, within set timescales. Working throughout Northern Ireland, in varying retail environments. Candidates need to be hardworking, flexible, with a "hands on" approach. You should be able to work un-socialable hours, including Night/Day shifts.
Requirements for Merchandisers
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
• Have a minimum of 1 years retail experience
• Demonstrate planogram implementation experience.
• Be able to take accountability for setting their own work standard, working to set timescales
• Be proactive in problem solving.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
• Communicate effectively with the Team Leader & other colleagues.
• Interact with the Retail Team.
• Not afraid of hard work, with long hours.
• Preferably be able to drive with own car - however this is not essential.
