Amazon CS Ireland - Italian Customer Service Representatives
In partnership with my client Amazon a world-class online retailer based in Cork we are currently looking to recruit Italian Customer Service Representatives to join their leading team on a temporary contract basis until January 2011.
The successful candidates will be responsible for providing top-class customer service, resolution of customer queries and order issues and ensuring every customer contact is a positive experience.
To qualify for this position candidates must be hugely customer centric, have excellent communication skills, as well as the energy and drive to ensure every customer issue is resolved in a timely manner. If you are someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a challenging and dynamic team this is the role for you.
Ideally we are looking candidates with previous customer contact experience from a call-centre/ retail environment, but this is not essential especially if you have strong proven communication skills.
Applicants must be fluent in Italian and English (both spoken and written) and be able to commit to the position until January 2011. Candidates must be available for shifts between the hours of 7.00am and 10.00pm and be extemely flexible.
Full training will be provided for successful applicants.
