Fashion Supervisor - Dundrum - €25K

Our client one of Irelands largest Multiple Retailers is currently seeking a Fashion Supervisory Manager to join their team

Our Client is regarded as a market leaderwhere the finest of quality, Style and Customer service is available.

As Supervisory Manager you will have a passion for retail and fashion/sportwear. You will possess excellent customer service skills, excellent management skills and have experience in managing high turnover.

Role

• Manage and Drive sales
• Coach and develop all staff to the highest standards
• Liaise with Branch Manageron all stock issues
• Ensure the retail standards are maintained throughout the store
• Ensure all company guidelines, procedures and policies are implemented and adhered to.
  

Requirement 
2 years retail fashion management experience within a high profile, high volume store

A passion and understanding for both retail and the fashion industry

Dynamic and energetic

Sales ad target driven

A proven sales track record

People person
