Temporary Chef job in Carrickfergus

The Client:
Our Client is an established Hotel has an urgent vacancy for a temporary Chef to join the existing team

Job Role:
The successful candidate will be an experienced Chef with previous experience working in a busy Hotel.

Experience and skill set required:
• 2-3 years previous experience
• Basic Food Hygiene essential
• NVQ Level 2 in Food Preparation and Cooking qualification
• Adhere to set standards in preparation and presentation of food
• Safe storage of foods and stock rotation
• High levels of hygiene at all times
