STORE MANAGER –FASHION RETAILER –LIMERICK – MAT COVER
In partnership with its client, CPL is currently seeking an experienced Store Manager for a high street fashion retailer. This is a Mat Cover role based in Limerick.
The Client:
This well known high street fashion chain wants a Store Manager to reflect the stores themselves – which is why fun, bright and friendly personalities always shine.
Job requirements:
· Motivating and developing staff,
- Providing consistently high levels of customer service,
- Driving sales and increasing overall store performance,
- Leading by example,
- Recruitment, training and development of sales staff,
- Ensuring store standards are kept at highest levels.
The Ideal Candidate:
Ideally the candidate will come from a Fashion background, with 4 – 5 years Store Management experience from a high street fashion retailer. You will have the ability to motivate a large store team, focus on sales targets and promote brand awareness.
