In partnership with its client CPL is currently seeking an experienced Concession Manager for a permanent role based in Kilkenny.
The Client:
A well-established ladies-wear retailer, who boast a large range of high quality, stylish garments are seeking a Concession Manager to join their progressive company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maximise sales & profit performance through demonstrating strong commercial acumen.
- Communicate with Area and Visual Managers on a regular basis.
- Inspire, lead and motivate staff through the support of the Assistant Store Manager.
- A proven track record of managing people.
- Ensure your team delivers exceptional levels of customer service on a consistent basis.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills.
- Deliver exemplary standards in store presentation, stock control & administration compliance.
Job Requirements:
You will need to have 3-4 years retail management experience and will have had responsibility for running teams of people – Leadership is one of the most important qualities you will possess. This is a great opportunity for a current Store Manager to advance with a high profile brand.
