Job description:
Medical Scientist required by Cpl Healthcare for locum opportunity in acute hospital setting, Kilkenny.
This role will involve working in a multi disciplinary laboratory covering haematology, biochemistry and blood transfusion.
Job Responsibilities: · Perform routine work to the highest standard, as determined by laboratory management.· Ensure that all samples are processed in accordance with standard operating procedures.· Be responsible for the quality of work in the laboratory and carry out duties in accordance with hospital policy.
The Candidate:· Relevant Qualification in Biomedical Science· A minimum of 6 months + experience required· Ability to cover the on call rota· Haematology, Blood Transfusion and / or biochemistry experience · Permission to work in Ireland· Professional qualification validated / membership of AMLS· Professional approach to work· Flexibility in work practice For an immediate interview please forward your CV to brian.murray@cplhealthcare.com
