SOLICITOR REQUIRED FOR LARGE ESTABLISHED BANK REPORTING TO HEAD OF LEGAL.
An exciting opportunity for a permanent position with one of Ireland’s most secure large Banks.
This is an immediate and fast moving prospect requiring a solicitor with a strong track record in the area of Banking Law.
It reports directly to the Head of Legal.
The responsibilites will involve :
· Advising on all aspects of security taking.
· Advising the Bank on a broad range of proposed qualifications on title.
· Reviewing, negotiating and drafting contracts including third party service contracts.
· Advising the Bank in relation to the introduction of new products and drafting terms and conditions.
· Advising on regulatory requirements.
· Participating in projects concerning the Bank as a whole.
· Assist the Manager of Legal Unit in advising, management and admin.
· Assist in the management of relationships with external solicitors.
· Assist in the provision of legal information and training to staff of the Bank.
Requirements :
Minimum 3-5 years experience in Financial Services with a proven track record of delivering results
IT skills: Good IT skills and ability to generate management reports and presentations
