Job description:

My client is a leading manufacturing company based in county Louth, they are recruiting for an Engineering Process Manager.

You will be responsible for:

Ensuring that you manage the Process and Engineering Team to implement changes with minimal impact to production and supply chain
Provide support to the relevant departments
Utilise Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement to maximise yield and minimise waste
Ensure GMP are compliant at all times
Update and maintain performance tracking metrics
Planning budget and spend of shipping
Stock Control
Troubleshooting and following SOP's
Completing training records

You must have the following to be considered for this role:

BEng Honours Degree (manufacturing or engineering discipline)
3 or more years in an leadership role within a highly automated manufacturing environment
Six Sigma experience (ideally)
Experience within a ATEX, COMAH or SEVESO regulated environment
Project Management Experience
