Job description: Customer Service Team Leader with Italian (+German)

CPL in partnership with its client is currently seeking a Team Leader with fluent Italian and English, plus ideally German (strong advantage) to lead a small team of customer service representatives.

The role involves:
-    leading, managing and mentoring a small team of Customer Service Representatives
-    implementing structure and processes
-    Coordinating the work load
-    Ensuring the team delivers a high-end class service to clients
-    Ensuring that work is achieved to deadlines and according to expectations
-    Reporting to management

Requirements:
-    Fluent Italian and English plus ideally German.
-    A Minimum of 2 years experience in a Team Leader position in a Customer Service environment.
-    Proven ability to implement and (improve if necessary) processes and structures
-    Proven ability to manage, coach and mentor a multi-cultural team
-    A relevant degree
-    Good technical skills (Microsoft Office)
-    Ability to wok to deadlines

Salary: up to €35,000 per year DOE
