Italian speaking Helpdesk Technician Job, Belfast
In partnership with its client Cpl N.I. Ltd. is currently seeking a fluent Italian speaking Helpdesk Technician for a job in Belfast, initially for a 3 month contract with a view to going permanent. Full training on the organisations products and services will be provided.

The company is a leading provider of Virtual Infrastructure technologies and services. They work with large and small public and private sector organisations.
Job Role:
Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, the Helpdesk technician will be responsible for the following:
• To help determine customer needs and provide solutions which includes evaluating customer needs, installing new computers and software, and troubleshooting computer problems
• Provision of technical support, by telephone and at customer premises working with computer users to resolve problems and answer questions on a variety of hardware components and software programs.
• Other relevant and appropriate activities as required.
Experience and skill set required:
• Fluent speaking in Italian language
• Third level qualification preferred, but candidates with exceptional experience and performance will be considered
• Microsoft qualifications, MCSE or higher, Citrix qualifications, CCA or CCEA, Cisco qualifications CCNA or higher, VMWare and EMC certifications are an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and use their own initiative.
• A high level of self-motivation together with a willingness to learn new skills.
• A flexible and enthusiastic approach to the job.
• Good problem solving and decision making skills.
• Can demonstrate exceptional levels of customer service and care.
• Good communication, organisation and presentation skills including the ability to write clear and concise proposals.
• Strong time management and coordination skills.
• A full driving licence - preferably clean, however consideration will be given to people with low number of points.
